As part of an large chain of stores, ensuring product placement is being carried out effectively and shelve space is being utilized in the most cost effective and customer engaging way possible, ASDA’s agency contacted us to build an online solution.

Our developed solution was centred around an online system that allowed the team up and down the country to log in, upload photos, word documents, reports, PowerPoint files, acrobat and many more file types, into an online archive and retrieval system that the other members of the team could amend, share and download. It also featured task lists, message board, import, export options an full search capabilities to easily find any revision of any document of file.

Once in place the team had reduced need for mobile phone calls among each other, and streamlined communications and workflow immensely.
